Mission Statement

To help new, aspiring, and struggling supervisors become thriving leaders through:

Values

Why I Do What I Do

I know what it’s like to be a struggling supervisor. I know what it’s like to be supervised by a struggling supervisor. It is my mission to empower you with the skills and confidence you need to manage your team effectively and create positive impact and results.

*I am a Master’s level teacher and social worker, a certified AYD trainer, a certified PQA external assessor, and was voted a Top 5 Executive Coach in Baltimore.

*Katherine Spinney Coaching LLC is proud to provide ICF-certified services and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.

I can help you if you are

A new supervisor
who is committed but not yet prepared to do the job well, who may be struggling with imposter syndrome, time management, difficult conversations, all of the above and more. It’s hard for everyone, and with the right support, you can and will get better!
A current supervisor

who has been at it for a while but never got the training or support you needed or deserved and are ready to claim what is rightfully yours! It’s not too late, I promise. I can help you no matter how long you’ve been at it. You already have a foundation and I can help with the rest.

In charge of developing supervisors

and are not sure where or how to begin. It can be an overwhelming process to be sure, and I am happy to make that process easy, accessible, and effective for you. I have a lot of options to meet your unique needs.
