The purpose of The Supervisors Circle is to create a community for supervisors to receive the resources and the support you need to lead your team effectively.
Managing other people is challenging and you cannot practice most of the skills required to do it well ahead of time. You have to learn as you go and in too many cases, you have to do it on your own.
To help you learn and grow, The Supervisors Circle provides hundreds of resources on the most pressing management topics: setting boundaries and expectations; providing coaching and feedback; having difficult conversations; prioritization and organization; hiring and retaining staff; managing performance issues; teambuilding and culture; leading with empathy, equity, and ethics.
In addition to these resources, The Supervisors Circle is designed to provide connection and community that too many supervisors are lacking. Throughout the platform, there are ample opportunities to connect with other supervisors- through the forum, through live virtual trainings, discussions, and coaching sessions, and through words of wisdom shared by supervisors for supervisors- to share experiences, challenges, and successes.
The vision is to provide an accessible, affordable high-quality option for any supervisor who wants it. Too often, supervisors do not receive any support at all and if they do, it is costly and often low-quality. Too often, they receive training and support when they are well into their supervisory role. The Supervisors Circle provides an invaluable opportunity to begin supporting supervisors before they even start!

Who is The Supervisors Circle for?
The Supervisors Circle is created for any manager or supervisor of others, whether your team is 1 or 100, paid or volunteer. Whether you haven’t started yet, you’re just getting started, you’re a few years in, or you are a long-term supervisor. Wherever you are as a supervisor, you can find the resources and connection you need to become the leader you strive to be.
If you supervise other supervisors, we encourage you to share this resource with all of your supervisors as part of their ongoing training and support.
What is included in The Supervisors Circle?
In The Supervisors Circle, you will find:

- A forum where you can ask and answer questions related to supervisory life. Topics range from funny to serious to everything in between (just like supervisors!)
- Live virtual events (workshops, coaching sessions, discussions, and more) where you can share and receive wisdom from fellow supervisors and experts in the field. All events are included with your membership at no additional cost.
- Words of Wisdom written and spoken by fellow supervisors to share their experiences and advice and provide support and encouragement. Words of wisdom will be added as they are received and you are invited to share your own.
How much does The Supervisors Circle cost?
The Supervisors Circle costs $19 per month, a true value in every sense. You already know how much one training can cost. In The Supervisors circle, not only do you get multiple free live trainings and other live events, you also get hundreds of downloadable resources with new ones added every month.
You can sign up for just one month or for a recurring monthly membership, and you can cancel any time for any reason with no hassle.
You also have the option to sign up for a full year which will save you money at $199 and a further discount at the lifetime membership level of $599. All levels provide you with access to everything on the site.
Will my price ever increase?
No. Although the membership prices may change over time, the rate you sign up at will be the rate you maintain for as long as you are a member.
Are you going to try and upsell me?
Nope. The hope is that you can find everything you want and need within The Supervisors Circle. We are always open to suggestions and feedback on how we can make the community more valuable for you, and we will continue to adjust accordingly. If you are looking for more individualized support outside of the platform, like one-on-one coaching, we are happy to share options with full disclosure of additional costs.
